Can we please read The Winds of Winter soon?

Everyone wants to know when GRRM will finish writing The Winds of Winter.  That’s because they all want to read it immediately, and then they can complain that A Dream of Spring hasn’t been written yet.  A couple of sites have begun to collect quality information about The Winds of Winter.

One site is dedicated in it’s entirely to tracking the release of The Winds of Winter.  There is also discussion on quora about the very topic.

In case you didn’t already know, The Winds of Winter is the sixth book in A Song of Ice and Fire, taking the title of the originally last book of the trilogy and the later planned fifth of six books.

By June 2010, Martin had finished four chapters for The Winds of Winter, from the viewpoints of Sansa Stark, Arya Stark, and Arianne Martell. In July 2010, he added that an Aeron Greyjoy chapter had been moved from A Dance with Dragons to The Winds of Winter, accumulating to around 100 completed pages.

100 pages is not that much, so it still may be a few years.  Let’s hope that time flies like a dragon.  Or we could all just join the Night’s Watch.  Speaking of the Night’s Watch, What happened to Jon Snow?
